6-Week Custom Program for Personal Workouts + 1 Hour Zoom Intro Session with Trainer
How IT Works
A 6-week customized training program that clients can complete at their own pace without having to meet with a trainer every time they work out. Clients can communicate with a trainer about their program through the app, where the trainer will be tracking their progress. Before the first workout of every new program/phase, clients will meet with their trainer for one hour on Zoom to review previous exercises or discuss the new ones they will be assigned. These meetings will also be a good time to discuss possible equipment needed for future workouts, and then clients will observe demonstrations of their newly assigned exercises. If a client wishes to have another program made for a friend or family member while doing their own program, then a separate purchase must be made for that person. Sessions do not have to take place on the same days/time slots every week. Written consent from a parent/guardian must be given before any sessions involving a minor can occur.
