6-Week Custom Program + One 45 Minute Zoom Session with trainer per week
How IT Works
Combination of individual Zoom sessions and Fitness App workouts. Client will be given a 6-week program they can do on their own but will also be able to meet with their trainer via Zoom. The Zoom sessions with your trainer will occur once a week and can be used to review your current program/workouts, or to try new exercises that your trainer has prepared for you in a "workout of the day" format. Sessions do not have to take place on the same days/time slots every week. Written consent from a parent/guardian must be given before any sessions involving a minor can occur.
