How IT Works
Combination of Fitness App Programs and In-Person private training sessions at the client's preferred location. Client gets a 6-week custom program for self-workouts, one hour zoom or in-person intro session, and six 45-minute In-Person private training sessions (one per week) at the client's preferred location. Trainer will bring some extra equipment to the session. Client can also bring some of their own equipment if they'd like, but it is not required. These sessions can either be a repeating day from your current program or a chance to try new exercises in a "workout of the day" format that differs from the usual program. Sessions do not have to take place on the same days/time slots every week. Written consent from a parent/guardian must be given before any sessions involving a minor can occur.
